Steph Noerberg

Bass guitar

After a few classical guitar lessons taken in his childhood, it is at 17 years old that Steph starts seriously with the electric guitar. In 1992, he and his brother and a neighbour guitarist formed the rock band LES ZIRRADIES, where he played guitarist and singer.

After the split of the band in 1994, Steph starts in 1995 the hard rock band NO FUCKING PROBLEM, with a drummer friend, fan like him of IRON MAIDEN. Steph once again holds the role of singer-guitarist, then simply rhythm guitarist. After a few concerts and a 5-track demo, the band splits in 1997, when Steph must leave under the flags.

On his return, taken by his professional career, Steph has hardly any more musical activity, except a few short passages in various bands. Being above all attracted by the rhythmic, and also because he is a fan of Steve Harris, he decides then in 2001 to become a bass player, and will officiate during many years under the pseudonym of "Steph Harris" (nickname given by the guitarist of Spirits Invaders).

In June 2003, the long adventure of SPIRITS INVADERS began. After a studio demo in 2004 ("First Invasion"), a long series of concerts in the Strasbourg area, and some line up changes, the band ends up splitting up in autumn 2008.

Steph then joined the group SIGN OF EVIL, a project created by 2 former members of Spirits Invaders, but who had not played in the band at the same period. Alas the project, however promising, aborts quickly.

At the beginning of 2010, he starts, with a buddy guitarist and a buddy drummer, the band JETLAG. The band, struggling to find its balance, will only give 2 concerts before splitting at the end of 2012. In May 2013, Steph performs a replacement in MYSTERY BLUE, the legend of Strasburg Metal, for a concert at Club Kobus with guest Andreas "Buschi" Babuschkin (PARAGON).

The former bass player of the band shortly after decided to leave MYSTERY BLUE, Steph then officially joins the band. It was during this period that he abandoned the pseudonym Steph Harris, for that of Steph Noerberg. He will participate in many concerts, including a European tour opening for ANVIL, and will be credited on the live CD/DVD "Live . . . Made in Europe / Made in France" released in 2015. At the end of 2016, for personal and professional reasons, Steph left MYSTERY BLUE.

After a brief stint in a band being formed, with a former Spirits Invaders guitarist, Steph joins in the fall of 2017 his friend Tony's band. . . the DAZZLING BRAVERY adventure begins!
